LTC have recently been granted Investors In People status by a certified
assessment body. This recognises LTC's commitment to its team, as wells as the
future development and continued improvement that everyone within LTC
contributes to. Janet Nicholls, Director of HR, Training and Development
commented: "Our status as an Investor In People is a great achievement for us,
and a sure sign of the positive direction LTC is heading". Investors In People
status was granted following an examination of LTC working practices and
interviews with the team and directors, and shows that LTC meets a standard for
business performance and people management.
