Failure and Accident Investigation
In modern times, the safe
operation of highly complicated and sophisticated amusement rides is
taken for granted. However, despite being relatively rare, failures
and accidents do occur.
When they do, a systematic
investigation can teach many lessons - not least, how the failure or
accident can be prevented in the future.
Utilising our experience of
failure assessments and accident investigations, LTC has developed
systematic procedures of technical investigation and system
documentation covering component failure and ride related
incidents.
