Functional Testing
The following list is some of the
tests which are required in an amusement ride functional
test; please note however that this is not an exhaustive
list; these tests are dependent on the type of devices, and
other ride-specific test methods exist.

The functional test is
carried out at regular intervals throughout the service life for an amusement
device. Every
annual thorough examination should include a functional
test.
